During this emotionally challenging time when the public health recommendations encourage us to keep our physical distance, we want to offer a way to stay connected and calm. Many are feeling fearful, confused, unsettled, angry and more. Our feelings are messengers that if we listen to them, they feel heard and they calm rather than needing to shout. We at Kathryn Grooms & Associates Psychotherapy want to offer a safe space to be heard and receive empathy and compassion.
